Heading
Pylon is an AI-native B2B support platform that unifies customer communications across modern channels like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. I created a dynamic motion graphics explainer video to showcase their Skills-Based AI Routing feature, which automates ticket assignment based on agent expertise. This project highlights Pylon’s mission to modernize support for technical teams by eliminating manual overhead.

The Challenge
B2B support teams often struggle with the "ticket shuffle," where manual triage leads to slow resolutions and issues landing with the wrong specialists. The objective was to visualize the invisible logic of AI classification in a way that felt both accessible and technically impressive to potential clients. I needed to bridge the visual gap between a cluttered support inbox and Pylon’s streamlined, automated routing solution.
The Solution
I designed and animated a high-energy video that illustrates the AI’s ability to instantly categorize requests by product area, severity, and required skill set. Using conceptual visuals and motion design, the piece demonstrates how technical queries are automatically directed to the most qualified experts. The final animation uses a fast-paced, modern aesthetic to reflect the efficiency and speed of the Pylon platform.
Results & Impact
The explainer video serves as a core marketing asset on Pylon’s website, effectively communicating complex AI functionality in under a minute. It provides the sales and marketing teams with a powerful tool to demonstrate immediate ROI through reduced manual triage and accelerated support cycles.
