The Challenge
BlackLine needed an event presence that felt distinct, premium, and unified across many channels (website, video, collateral) yet flexible enough to adapt to changing content and logistics. The team also faced tight timelines, coordination across multiple vendors, and the need to maintain brand fidelity across evolving assets.
The Solution
We developed a central brand aesthetic that guided all visual and motion decisions, then extended it into the opening video, stage design, signage, web UI, printed collateral, and experiential elements. Close coordination between creative, production, AV, and content marketing teams ensured consistency and responsiveness. Photography and on-site direction reinforced the look & feel to capture moments that further supported ongoing marketing.




Results & Impact
The event launched with visual coherence at every touch point, reinforcing BlackLine’s positioning as a forward-thinking, premium brand. Attendee feedback and post-event metrics showed increased brand recall and stronger connection to BlackLine’s messaging.
